Custom jewelry orders may require an advance payment before production begins.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the courier.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are generally non-refundable unless defective.
7. Custom Jewelry Orders
For custom designs:
- A design confirmation must be approved by the customer before production
- Advance payments are non-refundable once production begins
- Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order
