This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Etkarina Jewellery, owned and operated by Teronix Corporation (Pvt) Ltd.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy carefully before making a return request.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging (including box, tags, certificates, invoices)
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Items purchased on clearance or special promotion
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Order number
- Description of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement (if available), or
- Refund, or
- Store credit
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Etkarina is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
6. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange a product:
- The item must meet return eligibility conditions
- Price differences must be paid if exchanging for a higher-value item
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Custom jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
- Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or card provider (processing times vary)
